Personal Data Collected
Personal data is collected only when voluntarily provided by users via the contact form or email.
The data collected may include:
- Name
- Email address
- Any additional information voluntarily included in a message
Beyond the contact form, the website itself does not knowingly collect personal data. Limited technical information (such as IP address, browser type and timestamps) may be processed by our hosting and infrastructure providers strictly for security, fraud prevention and aggregate traffic statistics — see the Cookies & Tracking page for details.
Purpose of Processing
Personal data is processed solely for the purpose of responding to contact requests, maintaining professional communications, ensuring the security and integrity of the website, and producing aggregate, non-identifying audience statistics.
Legal Basis for Processing
The legal bases for processing are: (i) the user’s consent and pre-contractual measures taken at the user’s request when a contact form is submitted (Art. 6(1)(a) and (b) GDPR); and (ii) our legitimate interest in operating a secure website and understanding aggregate audience trends (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), which is served by strictly necessary security cookies and by privacy-preserving, cookieless analytics.
Data Retention
Contact form data is retained only for as long as necessary to respond to the request or to comply with applicable legal obligations. Security and audience data processed at infrastructure level is retained for short periods as described on the Cookies & Tracking page.
Data Sharing and Subprocessors
Personal data is not sold, rented or transferred to third parties for commercial purposes. It may be processed on our behalf by carefully selected service providers acting as processors under Art. 28 GDPR, including:
- Deep by POST Luxembourg (POST S.A.) — hosting provider (Luxembourg / EU).
- Cloudflare, Inc. — content delivery, TLS termination and bot / DDoS protection.
- Lovable — website platform and privacy- preserving, cookieless traffic analytics.
International Transfers
Where a processor may transfer data outside the European Economic Area (in particular Cloudflare, Inc. in the United States), such transfers are governed by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses and additional safeguards where required.
User Rights
In accordance with the GDPR, users have the right to:
- access their personal data;
- request rectification or erasure;
- restrict or object to processing;
- data portability;
- withdraw consent at any time, without affecting prior lawful processing;
- lodge a complaint with the Luxembourg supervisory authority (CNPD).
Requests may be addressed to: info@quantitativepartners.lu
Data Security
Appropriate technical and organisational measures are implemented to ensure the security and confidentiality of personal data, including encryption in transit (HTTPS), access controls, and infrastructure hardening at hosting level.
Cookies & Tracking
The details of cookies and similar technologies used on this website are described on the dedicated Cookies & Tracking page.
